Acorn Children’s Club is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information we hold about children, parents, carers, staff and volunteers.
We collect and process personal information in order to provide childcare services, manage bookings and attendance, meet safeguarding and welfare requirements, communicate with families, administer funding and payments, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Where photographs or videos are used for promotional materials, newsletters, displays, websites or social media, we will always seek appropriate consent from parents or carers.
